Official Rules for Bonaparte’s Retreat Giving Tuesday Fundraising Contest
1. No purchase is necessary. Void where prohibited. All federal, state, and local regulations apply.
2. Contest Period. The Contest will begin on November 1, 2019 at 12 AM CST and end will end on November 19, 2019 at 11:59 PM CST. Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for all Contests.
3. How to Enter. Entry method for Contest
  • Raise a Minimum of $500 from November 1, 2019, 12 AM CST through November 19, 2019 11:59 PM CST
  • Enter your fundraiser information online before midnight on November 19, 2019
  • Follow @BonapartesRetreat on Instagram and tag us in a post about why you’re fundraising use the hashtags #GivingForCooder and #GivingTuesday to qualify
  • You may qualify for one additional entry for every $1,000 raised over $500
Winner will be specified by Sponsor and entries must be received during the Contest Period to be eligible. Sponsor shall not be responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, inappropriate or misdirected entries, all of which will be disqualified.
4. Winner Selection. Contest winners will be determined according to the method specified by Sponsor at Sponsor’s sole and exclusive discretion.
5. Contest Results. Winners will be announced during our Yappy Hour event at Avo Restaurant on November 19, 2019. You do not need to be present to win, the winner will be contacted at the phone number or email address on the contestants entry form. Failure to respond to the initial verification contact within three (3) days of notification will result in disqualification.
